Reverse reads: "The large stones in photo evidently sheltered Nez Perce warriors in the Bear's Paw battle Sept 30th to Oct 5th 1877. Mr. Noyes at left of photo. of Nov 24th 1932 by Emil Kopac Oshkosh Nebr. Mr. Noyes is a son of Al. Noyes."
