Two Native men posed outside of building with carved stone trim, wearing elaborate beaded and fringed shirts, feathered headdresses, beaded leggings and moccasins, and holding blankets, one with a beaded blanket strip. They stand with two men, one Native and one non-Native. From rev of print: "This was taken two years ago at Boise. The Indians in feathers are Nez Perce tribal chiefs. Their reservation is near Lewiston, Idaho. They had come to Boise to discuss with me their old treaty rights (and) to hunt and fish."
